No it's another LBJ who is having problems on the roadways. Lyndon Bert Johnson just got picked up for the third time for suspicion of driving drunk in Iowa. Bert likely won't earn the same headlines the other LBJ would get. Of course, the other LBJ died in 1973, a year before "Bert" made his way to this earth.
