Spinning...

A big loss in North Carolina. A narrow win in Indiana. Plus, she had to dig into her own bank account (again) to help pay the bills--$6.4 mil this time, $5 mil last time. But Hillary Clinton doesn't look like she's giving up. I'm trying to get a hold of her top supporters in Iowa. Should she punt or hope for the Hail Mary pass here? The numbers don't seem to work out in any reasonable scenario for her to win the nomination. Is she just hoping for another Reverend Wright story times 100? Or maybe Barack Obama will just spontaneously combust?

ETC...

I don't want to rip on our print brothers and sisters (television has its own economic woes and challenges these days). But have you seen the newest, new version of the Des Moines Register?

The paper is thinner. No doubt. But it sure looks whiter, too.

A paper from last week is on top (before the changes); one from today is underneath. Notice any extra white in the margins?

This race is over. It is time for Hillary to quit. She had her chance.

Why can't everyone just let the process continue on till all the states are done. Aren't we saying that the states that have already voted get to choose and forget the rest. Quit making it seem like Hillary is doing something wrong, she's not! Just let the system work as it's suppose to which I believe ends at the conference in August.

The process has gone on long enough. We are killing our party! Support Obama and let's beat McCain.

1) Hate the new paper design.
2) I hope Hill stays in another two weeks and drops out after Oregon/Kentucky. Obama is a black man and let's face it, much of Appalachia is racist and even in really strong Obama states like Virginia and North Carolina, the Appalachia counties delivered poorly for him. So, even if she dropped out today, she would still crush Obama in West Virginia and Kentucky and that would not look good. Plus, with Oregon, Obama would reach the threshold via pledged delegates vs. superdelegates. And, we might as well continue to build up voter registration and secure places like Oregon and hopefully win some down-ballot races.

If Hillary does not win we will all be behind the 8 ball again with McCain. Obama will never beat him. Too many questions??? Is he who he says he is or is this all a show. Don't let Obama put another Republican in the White House. Hillary is the only way for the Democrats to get back the White House. If Obama wins the nomation I know a lot of Democrats the will not vote at all. Are we all that dumb????
