It's Lamberti

"I've been looking forward to the trip and standing by the next congressman of the 3rd District, Senator Jeff Lamberti." The Veep's intro looks good on paper. Trouble is, looks can be deceiving.

Dick Cheney kept saying, LAM-berti, not Lam-BER-ti.
Oh, well, Lam-BER-ti still took in 150 grand thanks to the veep.

Love the blogs Dave. Boy is Lamberti desperate to sink to having Cheney here. What a liability he is!

Hey, what's with all you anonymous posters? How 'bout a name!
BTW, I will try to blog more often. Thanks for the compliments. Mom, is that you?

Dave, are you telling us your Mom is your biggest fan?

Mine wasn't. I just do anonymous because it is faster than signing in. I am just a regular person from Baxter, Iowa. It seems like the current administration frowns on people actually having an opinion on politics so I really apprediate the blogging option. I hate that disagreement is now seen as unamerican. I find it more unamerican to stifle discussion.

Sheesh, it's political suicide to associate yourself with the white house. At least half of the nations republicans are going to lose their jobs soon for gross mismanagement of their duties. If Washington and the nations politicians have been listening to their consituincy at all, they would all know that they are hosed. The public is extremely sick of what's going on. I even wonder, considering Lamberti is in Ankeny, how much did he have to do with the shady land deal for teh DOT. If that isn't a felony, neither is a DUI.

I hear bits and pieces of some shady Lamberti history, but it has never come together in a full investigative report that I know of. I don't get to see all the news though so I may have missed it. It is hard for me to judge as I don't know all if any of the facts. I do agree there is a real problem with the way our government is heading, but I haven't heard a clear alternative. It seems like all the good ideas get labeled as unpatriotic as the previous writer mentioned. The smear campaigns are unrelentless. Who can get us out of this mess?????

If anyone feels that they are able to do the job and not fall prey to lobbyists, special interest groups, or illegal activity. Plus, they are able to be honest and loyal to the public (who are their fellow citizens [not some big company]), please do run for office. If you can bring it, bet you'd be elected. Cause right now, almost all winners of elections are the lesser evils. We don't want evils, we want good who look out for others. And when attacked, it would be so easy to make it public why they are attacking, because you threaten their elitist class.
